Complete wire drive system engineered by Ersan Industrial for submerged arc welding applications in spiral pipe mills. Integrates wire drive mechanism with precision wire straightening for reliable high-duty cycle operation.

System includes:
- Wire drive unit with motor interface
- Integrated Teflon tube wire guides
- Wire straightener mounts
- All connection hardware

Engineering Specifications:
- Teflon tube guides critical for wire straightness
- Minimum 2 straighteners recommended (90 degree configuration)
- Optional 3-straightener configuration available
- Compatible with single wire, tandem and 3-Arc setups
