Ersan Industrial Machinery has been operating in the field of precision machine parts manufacturing in Kocaeli, Turkey since 1989. By combining CNC machining and CAD/CAM technologies with decades of engineering expertise, we manufacture products that meet world-class standards.

Our specialization in submerged arc welding (SAW) consumables has grown from long-standing partnerships with spiral pipe mill manufacturers. Over the years, we have not only manufactured parts — we have worked hands-on in the field, engineering solutions directly at the machine. We design and manufacture weld head components including spindleboxes, wire straightening units, nozzle assemblies and wire drive systems. This deep field experience gives us a perspective that goes beyond standard catalogue products — we understand what our customers truly need.

All manufacturing processes are carried out entirely within our own facility. From design to final quality control, every step is managed by Ersan engineers. We work with a wide range of materials depending on product requirements — including steel, bronze, aluminium, CuCrZr and CuCo2Be. All raw materials are sourced from Europe, ensuring our products meet the same quality standards as our global competitors.

Our customers send us a technical drawing or a worn part as a sample — we manufacture an exact replacement. Stock items are dispatched same day.
