Complete nozzle assembly for submerged arc welding heads used in spiral pipe mill applications. Engineered and manufactured in-house by Ersan Industrial design team.

Assembly includes:
- Contact Tip (CuCrZr or CuCo2Be)
- Nozzle Body
- Torch Holder
- Assembly hardware

Material options:
CuCrZr - Standard grade, excellent thermal conductivity
CuCo2Be - Premium grade, superior wear resistance

Compatible with:
Internal SAW weld heads (min. ID 24 inch)
External SAW weld heads
Single, Tandem and 3-Arc configurations
